Lucas is an awesome trainer and an awesome person. He treats me as person, not just a client, and genuinely cares about me as an individual.
His workouts are hard, but structured in a manner to teach you how to work out and help you understand how to maintain an active lifestyle. Lucas is knowledgeable and able to make adjustment to the workouts based on personal needs. I have an ankle injury and deal with migraines and any time those issues come up, he knows what alteration to make so I can safely get my workouts in while still continuing to grow. He's also skilled at meal planning and helping make mindset changes regarding diet.
If you a serious about making a change and learning to stick with it I can't recommend Lucas enough. So far I've lost 50 pounds and counting!
